Liked: Everything looked to be renovated and up to date.
Disliked: The shower was a little weird as there wasn't a door or curtain to close. Half of it was open.The bed was a little uncomfortable but adequate.

I was pleasantly surprised and...

Liked: Everything. It was clean and it was nice. Our room was amazing! The blackout shade, bed and the bathroom was fantastic.
Disliked: If I had to say something it would probably be I was it were closer to the highway.

It was ok but we...

Liked: It was close to the wedding that we were attending.
Disliked: The bathroom had two dirty wash cloths in it which led us to believe that it probably wasn’t cleaned the best.

Waited 15 minutes for receptionist...

Liked: They have remodelled much of the hotel, but it is such poor quality work it is a pity. A little attention to detail would help - it could be very nice if they just did it properly.The photos show my newly decorated room's door stop. And the reception area restroom - a plastered over door, and architrave installed by a three year old. There are endless examples of this shoddy work!!!
Disliked: When I arrived there was nobody at reception.A sign said to 'phone 0'.I did, for fully ten to fifteen minutes. Phones were ringing everywhere, but no receptionist.I was about to leave when she appeared. 'Sorry, been cleaning'.I was given room 309, which stank of smoke, so had to change.All in all, about 20 minutes to check in - AND I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. Pathetic.Next morning two women working at reception/breakfast completely ignored me. Every other hotel, they give a smile and a welcome, but not here. Just miserable faces.
