Enjoyed stay. Went to Burl's Creek to see The Hip. $38 cab ride to venue - would have appreciated a shuttle or a much lower rate for a taxi!

Liked: Friendly staff; excellent location.
Disliked: Smoking room "block" was very smelly.

Liked: Pool was extremely cold and they didn’t refresh our room and towel in between our stays

Liked: Staff was friendly. Main bed (King) was comfortable.
Disliked: Cleanliness was not up to standard. Also we were placed on 3rd floor after asking for main floor. No elevator and one of our party has mobility issues. The pullout beds were not comfortable and sheets were not changed.

Easy "go-to" place and clean

Liked: The hotel was easy accessible off the highway and to other restaurants
Disliked: Nothing to dislike about the hotel.

Good value. Great place to...

Liked: The room and facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was also a very good breakfast selection.
Disliked: Breakfast ending at 10:00AM during the weekdays would be nice.
