Liked: The front desk staff was nice but that’s where the good ends.
Disliked: It was UNSAFE! DIRTY! and card keys were one time use only! And I kept them away from my phone and other cards even!DO NOT stay here if you are single or like me traveling with my teenage daughter. LOTS of drug activity, people would follow us around, sleep outside our room in the hallways, or on the couches in the lobby. At first I thought it was a coincidence that when I opened my door people next to us would come out, but after 10 times of me opening my door and someone following me to the elevator it was not. The fire alarm kept going off (probably because people were smoking in their rooms), it was terrible! We booked for 7 days but left after 36 hours… the cheaper price is NOT worth the safety risk and being that close to so much drug activity. Then when we left they agreed to give us a refund and I noticed the refund was issued to a Mastercard and I don’t have a Mastercard at all! So now I have to file a claim with Visa.

Good value for short stay

Liked: Service was good. Friendly staff
Disliked: Fair Quality. Very outdated ,many areas in need of repair. Bfast was very bare and lacking options.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was a roach in my room. The toilet was not flushing properly. The curtains were ripped. There were stains on the night stand lamp cover. The hallways smell like cigarettes.

Decent with issues

Liked: Availability and quit location. We were centrally located to get to different places while in the area. Coming and going worked out well for us for the wedding we attended.
Disliked: We had a faucet that dripped continues, and mold forming in the shower area. The ironing board was weak and loopsided. Had to brace it against the desk to keep it upright.
