Disappointing

Pleasant and Convienent but Pricey.

Liked: This is a great location and the closest to Pleasantville/Thornwood. It is easy to get to and quiet. There are 2 restaurants right on the premises and fast food close by. Breakfast hours last late enough that you can sleep in if you want.
Disliked: The price is getting higher and higher every time we stay. Even though this is a nice hotel, nothing has changed that warrants the increases in cost. They must be trying to pay for the renovations they are doing. However dodging workmen in the elevator makes me think that at least during the renovations they could offer a discount.

Liked: EVERYTHING. Honestly, one of the best stays I've had from any hotel I've been through the last few years. I was so impressed with the cleanliness. The size of the rooms are generous (I had a little seating area with a foot rest that pulled out from under the seat?! I loved that!!!), the location FANTASTIC. The breakfast delicious, staff was friendly! The beds, pillows and sheets were SO comfortable! Wifi was fast, stand up shower was beautiful and big. I would book this place again if I ever found myself up there at another time. I enjoyed my stay so much that I'm considering booking Comfort Inn & Suites in other planned locations as well as a first choice whenever available. Applebee's and a Diner next door, super close to the freeway, Wendy's, gas stations, etc. Book here, you'll love it!
Disliked: There was some renovations occurring, and the drilling was loud. At one point I believe it might have been above the floor in the bathroom , door of the room for quite some time so resting in the day during those times was a bit tough (never too early or too late thankfully!). However, it was something that was being done to make the place better so it really didn't become an issue. I was happy they were upgrading.

Disliked: Had to be moved from 1st room we were in because our door would not lock! Was moved to a room close to remodeling noise and was woken at 8:00am every morning!!

Disliked: 1. Was not told about construction noise when I checked in. Was originally given a room in location I had requested that had loud equipment noise. Should have been told about it; instead, had to go back to reception and complain & request a room change.
