Liked: Comfortable bed, lots of pillows.
Disliked: Broken furniture, crumbs on a high touch surface, Zero hot water in the morning. They were quick to respond to the problem however and the manager cut me a break on the room rate.

Liked: breakfast was fantastic, the room was beautiful and clean, and the beds were so soft, it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.

Liked: The location was great. The breakfast area was large and bright.
Disliked: The room seemed old and in need of repair. The heating unit spewed out something that made us cough. It took about 5 minutes for the hot water to start coming out which made showering slow.

Liked: Spotlessly clean. Great, friendly staff. We have been here before and our experience with this property is consistently good. Room is very well equipped - lots of places to charge our devices. It has been recently, tastefully renovated. It is also quiet and you get a good night's sleep. Just one little thing....can we have the pancake machine in operation next time we come? Breakfast was really good but p[ancakes would have been the icing on the cake!
