Liked: We waited 30 minutes in the main entrance for someone to check us in and once the person working finally showed up they were rude to us and not apologetic at all.

Reasonably good

Liked: Comfortable bed, lots of pillows.
Disliked: Broken furniture, crumbs on a high touch surface, Zero hot water in the morning. They were quick to respond to the problem however and the manager cut me a break on the room rate.

it was an excellent experience,...

Liked: breakfast was fantastic, the room was beautiful and clean, and the beds were so soft, it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.
Disliked: there wasn't anything I didn't like, it was all perfect.

It was a comfortable stay...

Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: My floors were quite dirty I spilled some water on the floor and when I used a white face towel to soak it up it was very dirty

It was okay. There were...

Liked: The location was great. The breakfast area was large and bright.
Disliked: The room seemed old and in need of repair. The heating unit spewed out something that made us cough. It took about 5 minutes for the hot water to start coming out which made showering slow.
