FIRE THE MANAGER

Disliked: Theres no jacuzzi just a pool & it’s very cold in the pool room. Also The manager Joseph was VERY rude. The room they gave me was not up to date at all. The room looks NOTHING like the picture super small tv didn’t work toilet was clogged VERY thin walls. I was woken up very early by people in the room next to me and the heater kept going from hot to cold. I asked for a different room they did not want move me nor refund my money. When I ask for the manager came he did not resolve any problems he actually threaten to call the cops and remove me from property I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING not even for a simple night. Very rude staff
