Liked: Everything was great. I do however am not at all impressed with the fact that you feel the need to charge an additional $100 on my charge card for deposit and this can take up to 10 days to come off. We stay in hotels a fair amount of days per year and never am I asked for a deposit. I will in the future contact the location prior to booking with your locations to confirm the deposit and amount. I will not choose a location that charges that high of rate in the future. I understand the amount comes off, although I am in no way interested in your company holding money in any manner. We treat every location we stay as if it is our own. To be honest I dont remember this type of deposit applied to my card in the past at any amount.

Best hotel I've stayed in...

Liked: The staff was super friendly and everything was very clean. Breakfast was good and beds comfy.
Disliked: We were staying at the same time as a group of families with kids for a cheer competition so the pool was packed. Good kids, just a lot. Other than that, everything was great!

Liked: The staff was the best we ever had the pleasure of working with. Our oldest son was in a vehicle accident that led to him passing away. The having the support of the staff was so warming and comforting to our family was over the top with nothing but love for each other, meant the world to the Cox family. From the front desk Starr, Desirae, Deon, Yazan, Puik, and the beautiful breakfast room lady's, Ms Tina, Myra, Diamond and all housekeepers. Thank you all from the bottom of hearts Rhonda & Scott Cox

Liked: Check out is noon.
Disliked: Drink and food dispensers were broke. Breakfast needs to be open later. Check out clerk had zero hospitality. Cleaning attendant was dusting over me as I was making coffee.

Liked: Reception and check-in was warm, friendly and efficient. I checked out after a one night stay and later decided to explore Cuyahoga National Park another day so I returned again and was issued a different room. In the lobby, there’s a choice of complementary hot fresh coffee or tea 24/7. There was a wide range of breakfast options including fresh fruit from 6-9 am. The delicious hot breakfast offerings was changed on day two and an employee was present to make a fresh waffle.As a frequent traveler, both domestic and abroad, this is the only room that meets all of my lighting needs. Both hotel rooms were virtually identical and I was pleased and surprised by the array of lighting fixture options throughout the room; from task to overhead to spotlighting. I appreciate having a noon check out. It was also nice to check out via text.My stay was unplanned; next time I would bring a swimsuit for the indoor pool. Finally, the workout room was small yet adequate.
