If we ever have to...

Liked: We evacuated from Bradenton, FL during Milton for our stay. The staff and Manager, Jess, stayed in communication our entire trip and ensured that our room was secured for when we arrive, even though it was going to be after Midnight. The management and custodial staff were exceptionally kind and understanding to our situation. There was one individual who deserves exceptional credit and that was Ben at the front counter. We lost a tote of 110 Hot Wheels cars during our stay. The following morning after we returned to Florida, Ben called us to say that they found it in the corner of the parking lot! We were ecstatic to say the least and my devastated 8 year old son was the most appreciative of us all. Ben offered to ship them back to us if we provided a label which we were more than happy to do. Ben even took it to the UPS Store on his own personal time after his shift to make sure we received the package. Ben went above and beyond and I will never forget his kindness to us!
Disliked: The pool was very cold and cloudy from multiple users. You couldn't see deeper than the first 8 inches of water. This was my only complaint of our entire almost week long stay.
