Disliked: Bathroom the size of a closet. Had to step around toilet to close door.

Exceptional

Liked: How helpful was the front desk when i asked for a lower level because i was traveling with elderly but there was none but still gave us closest room to elevator. That helped as well.
Disliked: no dislikes

Cheap and Somewhat Dirty

Liked: The parking lot was well lit and the beds were comfortable. Liked the bathroom countertop. The heat worked well. Front desk checking in and out was mostly pleasant.
Disliked: Counted no less than 5 German cockroaches on the bathroom wall, sink, and in the entryway. They seemed very confident and comfortable.The walls were stained and the showerhead was caked in limescale. Desk lamp was inoperable so we only had lights on one side of the room.We requested a pack and play and received a confirmation email from the hotel saying it would be accommodated. Upon arrival, the front desk person told me 1. No one had told her we needed a pack and play, 2. She didn't know if they had them or where they were and, 3. After locating one 5 feet away from the front desk handed us one that was broken and had no insert for the floor...so no clear communication or organization among staff
