Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful
Disliked: The elevator floor was filthy, the sheets appeared not to be clean (little bits of trash in them), the bathtub had something questionable in it so I did not even shower, the pillows on both beds smelled bad, there was dust globs in the vent to the air conditioner

Only minor issues the bed...

Liked: Was easy to find and was thankful my room was on the first floor. The beds were very comfortable and everything seemed clean when you walked into the hotel. Front desk staff very friendly both shifts.
Disliked: There was some kind of cleaning smell in my room that was setting my allergies off and then I didn’t have many tissues left in my box so I went to the front desk waited for my turn to get tissues and I had to verify my room and name just to get a box of tissues even though I’m standing there with my room key in my hand. The shower in the handicap room while it’s setup nice the water does not drain down right or something and it goes outside the curtain and then the floor gets all wet and I mean puddle wet which for me being disabled is asking for a disaster luckily I had extra towels to lay down

Disliked: My bedding had not been changed. Dirty sheets. Dirty toilet. Dirty floor. They moved me to another room and it had body fluids on the bed. Bugs in the room. Absolutely disgusting.
