Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Had to change rooms 3 times. Key wouldn’t work; carpet was wet; shower stall door missing with hardware scattered on the floor. Facility obviously missing a maintenance supervisor. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Liked: The front desk staff were helpful and kind. It was nice being next to a CVS.
Disliked: There was mold in my room. The beds were made but we had no toilet paper, ONLY 3 hand towels, there was mold on the wall above our window, and we found molded food in the microwave which spread all over the inside of the microwave.

Liked: This looks to be a fairly new hotel, which should be a goldmine due to its location and being adjacent to a popular sports complex that holds large weekend tournaments. I should have read previous reviews before booking. 1st issue they clearly advertise free breakfast, and I the first thing I see is a sign at the front desk stating no breakfast, this is a big deal due to the cost of eating out on the road. 2nd issue hallway carpets appeared to not have been vacuumed for some time. After checking in, we proceeded to our room on the third floor, and the hallway had an elevator sign hanging from the wall. Our room was missing the fridge and, of all things, missing the shower curtain. We went back to the front desk and explained the situation, the receptionist was visibly frustrated and stated we were the third party with a room issue that afternoon. She tried to reach her manager by phone unsuccessfully and just went ahead and gave us another room on the second floor. This floor, like the other, was filthy. The new room had all the necessities but had a severe stench and had no cable signal for the TV. We were only staying for one night and decided not to complain further. During our stay, we overheard several other guest complain about various issues about the hotel and their rooms, such as not having towels upon checkin. Hopefully, the owner or regional manager will address the obvious management and staff issues at this location before it's too late. With this level of upkeep, this location will be a dump in no time.

Disliked: Mold on walls, bed uncomfortable, smelled musty, no garbage can in room, shower didn't work, no shower curtain,lighting in dining area broken when we went foe breakfast, no cups for coffee, fron lt desk employee could not get cups because she didn't work in the kitchen. Horrible.
