Not bad location and friendly staff. A little noise and HVAC and refrigerator noisy.

It was OK, probably will...
Liked: The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great!
Disliked: Ended up with a room with 2 full beds instead of one king bed that I reserved. Our room was in need of a good cleaning. There were dead flies and crumbs in the windows sill and an open bag of chips and an orange in one of the drawers.

Overall stay was comfortable.
Liked: Decor was very modern and nice, comfortable seating in the lobby
Disliked: Only 1 elevator working, breakfast selection wasn't the best for the price we paid per night. My daughter left her jacket in the room, I called the next day over 24 hours later and was told the room wasn't cleaned yet but they would go look. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes before I just hung up with still no response to her jacket.

Good place to stay when...
Liked: The thing I liked most about the hotel was the front desk staff, Ryan and Marcia. They were very helpful and friendly. The second thing I liked was the location. The hotel was located in an area that had restaurants and shops nearby and it was close to where my family lived. Also, I felt very safe at the hotel. Also, the housekeeping personnel were awesome.
Disliked: What I didn't like was that I was penalized for checking out a day early, early departure surcharge. I understand the reason for this surcharge, but in my case I was going to drive home and the route I was going to take had a snow storm warning and I decided to return home a day early to avoid the snow storm. My circumstance of checking out a day early was necessary and the hotel management would have taken this into consideration and waived the surcharge. Also, they could improve the breakfast menu. For example, have hot oatmeal, more fruits, etc.
