Liked: The location was excellent.
Disliked: The mattress and pillows were awful. The toilet seat was broken. The water was 1 temperature (boiling hot), and the remote for the TV was broken. The fire alarm went off at 4 a.m., and they told us to just take it off the wall. There is a 1 inch crack under the room door that let in a bright light all night.They say it is a pet friendly location , but they forgot to mention that the dog is an additional $35 per night

Disliked: Really customer service was not a thing. We got moved rooms due to the restroom not working. It was an apparent "upgrade" that included a pull out sofa instead of a bed. No pillows come with the pull out couch so my kids had to sleep without pillows. When asked to speak with the manager, there are non existent even days after we stayed there.

Disliked: Bottom of the wall was broken and on the floor, walls were stained and closet door was broken and fall8ng off.

Disliked: The front desk revealed to a outside caller that I and another person was staying there. They called my room and said the caller wanted to speak to the other person. The caller was told that the person did not want to speak to them so the caller now knew where I was staying . The front desk should have told the caller they could not put a call through unless they know the room number . And not reveal i waa staying at that hotel I will l not be staying there agajn .
