Very disappointed
Liked: Breakfast was okay and convenient
Disliked: Bugs in the room and no good waste containers. Also, room wasn’t cleaned for three days. We were only two days

This hotel was good for...
Liked: I was in town for a medical procedure, and was not able to have breakfast. I thought about taking a banana for later, and they were all out of bananas. The location was great, and my husband enjoyed the coffee & some yogurt.
Disliked: My husband uses a power wheelchair, and the room was a bit on the small side. We had a King Handicap Room. The door from the hallway to the room was very heavy, which is extremely difficult for a person in a wheelchair to manage. Also, the easiest kind of toilet seat for him is the horseshoe shaped toilet seat. This room had a regular toilet seat.

Liked the cleanliness, hated the...
Liked: The facility, room, & breakfast area were very clean.
Disliked: We had an accessible room for 2 nights, as my husband is disabled. The bathtub was a disaster waiting to happen. There were sufficient grab bars, but the tub surface was VERY slippery. Even I, who have no disability, had to be extremely careful. My husband has severe balance issues and could have fallen very easily and gotten hurt. Luckily, the front desk found a shower chair for him, but I still had to put a towel down for his feet to not slip & slide. The mounted shampoo container was opposite the shower head so he had to stand and turn around to reach it. Disaster. For me, the hand held shower head was ONLY shoulder high, it was very difficult for me to enjoy a shower. Terrible way to set up an accessible tub/shower. Perhaps your design people should consult with an Occupational Therapist for guidance.
