Poor

Liked: A lot of malfunctioning equipment within the facility. Including the doors and no hot water throughout outer stay. The hotel itself is clean, the pool and hot tub was clean and our room was clean. Customer service was excellent. I was told I would get some sort of refund yesterday. Will see if that shows up or not.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: We LOVED the fact that there was a free shuttle to Mayo Clinic--especially with all the construction going on. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Liked: Very comfortable bed, facility kept up very nice and clean. Good breakfast

Lack of privacy made it...

Disliked: The room was on the first floor. There was no way to close curtains, with only a shear curtain, which 1) allowed the parking lot lights to shine on our face while trying to sleep and 2) didn't provide any privacy, as anyone in the parking lot could see in our room if the lights were on.

Peaceful

Liked: The Shuttle was so nice to get us back & forth from Mayo Clinic. We had the most awesome Shuttle Driver Brian!!!
Disliked: Nothing
