Liked: We stay here every time we come to the area, 6 or so times a year. Facility is always clean. Staff is usually pleasant. Maid service conscientious. Breakfast is always well done.Overall, it has been a nice place to stay.But again, there's that issue with the pool that frequently can not be used enjoyably.
Disliked: It has been over the course of several of our last stays that the pool water, or room, has been ridiculously cold, and either unpleasant to use for any length of time or just unusable.We wish this issue could and would be dealt with and resolved so the pool could be an enjoyable part of our experience. It is one of the main reasons we book at Comfort Inn, since many other hotels in the area provide clean, pleasant accommodations with breakfast included, but provide no pool time. It seems the issue has been ongoing long enough that it should have been resolved by now. We have mentioned the issue each time to let staff know there is a continuing issue. However, this last visit, we did not. Sort of giving up on it and this facility. We have one more stay scheduled that we can not cancel, but we are not sure we will stay again if this can not be resolved.
