Liked: The desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was served hot and even the coffee was good.
Disliked: Unfortunately, I had reserved the room with the intention of using the sauna which was not available/ not working. It would be simple to reset the information correctly online in order to not cause frustration with guests about this.

Birthday was a success

Liked: The breakfast was really good. The room was clean and spacious. The kids really loved it.
Disliked: The pool was extremely cold and we couldn't swim. The kids swam but we couldn't get in due to it being so cold.
