Liked: The A/C, beds and showers were all fabulous. Breakfast was good but some selections were limited (the bacon on Sunday morning was somewhat undercooked and so were the hash brown patties but they were edible and the scrambed eggs were great).

Liked: This hotel is not where I would stay if I were traveling again. The hotel was less than par and the staff was initially sensitive to my time-sensitive funeral needs. However, lied in the notes to get a credit ($186.00) to the manager Samatha. When speaking with Samatha the manager to discuss the situation, in the second call per her request she ended up handing up on me when asked for the regional manager to escalate the matter as she was unwilling to assist.

Liked: Overall facility was decent and as expected.
Disliked: The bed. The quality of bed was terrible. Very bouncy if any movement and we were both sore after laying on it all night and had trouble sleeping because of how uncomfortable it was. Not what we expected from Comfort Inn as the bed comfort is the single most important part of a hotel stay.
