Disliked: Our shower head was broken and I did not get to take a shower. I am quite sure that housekeeping should have spotted that and had it fixed before the room was rented. Thank you to the maintenance person who responded promptly. My husband got his shower.

Disliked: This was the second time in the last few months that I stayed at this hotel and both times the hot tub was not working. This hotel is 30% more that the hotels that I could stay, but I come to this one specifically because of the hot tub. I have a health condition that is made worse by traveling, however the hot tub helps to ease the pain. I even made a point of calling the location to verify that it was working and was told that it was. When I checked in and noticed the sign regarding the hot tub not working, I questioned the desk clerk and she told me that the jets were not working, but the tub was still as hot as it should be. That was not what I was looking for. but is was better than nothing. However, when we went down to the pool area there were no less than 10 children under the age of 5 swimming in it and it was colder than the swimming pool. We ended up going back up to our room without being able to enjoy this amenity. Very disappointed and I would think twice about ever staying here again. Also, I am a gold or platinum Choice member, but when I checked to make sure that I was getting the points I was told that I would have to call and have adjusted because the reservation was thru Booking.com. Just frustrating all around. The only positive thing was the staff, they were exceptional.
