Front desk person was rude. The fridge in the room didn’t work and smelled horrible. Children were running thru the hallway all night unsupervised until an adult finally yelled and made them stop. And there was a continuous slamming of a door the entire stay like every 20 minutes. Worst place I have ever stayed.

Liked: Nothing.

Disliked: Door didn't shut all the way unless pushed closed. Sheets had burn holes. Hallway smelled of smoke and weed. No garbage cans outside room for trash that accumulated. Breakfast was awful.

Liked: The location was convenient, the place was clean and comfortable. They even started to served the breakfast buffet a little early which allowed us to grab a bite in the way out the door.

Generally pleased with the stay...

Liked: Easy to obtain towels and so forth. I was experiencing a stress filled experience and the help with Computer and other articles was easier because of the help that I normally do not need.
Disliked: Safety bars were not available for use, even someone who was disabled. This was not resolved even after a fall. Still, I was pleased that the other responses about smoking, dirty place was not an honest report for the new establishment who was truly interested in helping make the stay pleasant.

Liked: My rooms toliet was broken, I had ask for staff to come fix it they sent towels. Other than that for the rate it was satisfactory but overallNot that bad of an experience. Just bring your Lysol and own sheets
Disliked: They upkeep of the rooms. The place was nice but the rooms need a lot of repair
