Way overpriced and outdated

Liked: The gentleman at the front was decent and somewhat accommodating, although, not very professional. (See for yourself)
Disliked: The room was musty and had a horrible smell to it (Rm 201), the energy in there was noticeably heavy and dark. Lacked decor and comfort. Elevator was 6 months past inspection expiration and sounded as if it would give at any moment. Opted to take the stairs the rest of the trip. Room wasn't worth half of what I paid.

Disappointing

Disliked: Me and my Wife decided to have a date night so I reserved a room with a Hot tub. Once we arrived on site we where given a room without one. we went downstairs to speak with staff and he informed us there was nothing he could do till in the morning. In the morning we talked with the manager who informed us we would be refunded the difference (which till this day hasn't happen.

DIRTY ROOM - NOT HAPPY

Liked: BREAKFAST WAS PRETTY GOOD-
Disliked: ROOM: WAS DIRTY AND BED COVER WAS DIRTY - STAINS . STAFF HAD TO COME REMOVE ALL BEDDING AND PROVIDE US WITH CLEAN. *NOTE: KING BED, HOWEVER THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANOTHER KING TO PROVIDE SO WE RECEIVED 1 SMALLER BEDSPREAD- I HAD TO GO BACK DOWN AND REQUEST ANOTHER AS IT WAS TOO SMALL. UPON LEAVING I SPOKE WITH FRONT DESK WHOM TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE I USED BOOKING THEY COULDN'T PROVIDE AN ADJUSTMENT???? SO THEY WOULD PROVIDE HOTEL POINTS- I don't have membership so I ended up with nothing. DIRTY ROOM AND PAID FOR IT :(
