DIRTY ROOM - NOT HAPPY

Liked: BREAKFAST WAS PRETTY GOOD-
Disliked: ROOM: WAS DIRTY AND BED COVER WAS DIRTY - STAINS . STAFF HAD TO COME REMOVE ALL BEDDING AND PROVIDE US WITH CLEAN. *NOTE: KING BED, HOWEVER THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANOTHER KING TO PROVIDE SO WE RECEIVED 1 SMALLER BEDSPREAD- I HAD TO GO BACK DOWN AND REQUEST ANOTHER AS IT WAS TOO SMALL. UPON LEAVING I SPOKE WITH FRONT DESK WHOM TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE I USED BOOKING THEY COULDN'T PROVIDE AN ADJUSTMENT???? SO THEY WOULD PROVIDE HOTEL POINTS- I don't have membership so I ended up with nothing. DIRTY ROOM AND PAID FOR IT :(

Liked: Nice employees, good location.
Disliked: Doing repairs or renovations, were doing work kinda early and woke me up.

Nice stay for family

Liked: Lobby was clean and inviting and the Staff was courteous upon check-in. Offered pack n Play for our baby granddaughters which was very helpful. The King suite was great space for a family of four. We will stay again when we visit Victoria!
Disliked: Finding the backlight switch in the room was tricky. The TV broadcast was in/out. The swimming pool had debris and needed to be cleaned.

Friendly staff, but property leaves...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and there was a good assortment of items on the breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The property needed a lot of maintenance. The door to our room was completely off the hinge and would not open or close without physically lifting up the door. The elevator was not working properly. The room smelled very musty and moldy.
