Liked: The shuttle was very convenient. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Guests were noisy, smoking weed in their rooms and it permeated the hallway. Other guests left garbage and towels outside their door in hallway and it stayed there through evening until we left the next morning. Esthetically, Rooms need updating.Overpriced for the experience.

Liked: You canceled this booking on us( unnecessarily, I might add) because the hotel is planning renovation in September, according to the gentleman at their front desk when I called. Your service in this instance sucks and I do not want to be contacted regarding this booking again.

Liked: When we got to the property for a reservation we have had for a couple of months, the hotel was boarded up and CLOSED. Booking.com wanted us to wait 45 minutes to find another place. It was Memorial Day weekend and luckily we found another accommodation on our own at the Hampton Inn. Very disappointed with La Quinta and Booking.com who I used for all our travel!
