Katie at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. She ordered a cab and made sure everything was alright. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The staff was friendly and the hotel was easy to find. It was walking distance to eateries and close to the freeway.
Disliked: The room itself was fine, but it didn't feel clean. I had an allergic reaction to something in the room. There was no pet area for my dog and the only grass was in a small area across the alley where no one picked up their pets poop. I was also on the 4th floor with a dog which wasn't the most convenient.

Liked: Check in was great! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and it was a great experience. Breakfast was great as well! Our room appeared clean, but after further inspection, it wasn’t as clean as we thought. We found food on the floor that wasn’t ours and found black mold around the air conditioner as well as in the corner of the room. Also, the room never got very cold even when we had the air conditioner turned up on the highest setting. Upon checkout, I tried mentioning my concerns to the lady at the front desk (not the same one as check in) and she was very dismissive. She simply kept saying okay when I told her about the concerns. I wasn’t asking for money back or anything and it would have been nice if she would have seemed to be a little more worried about the issues.
