Liked: The staff were all welcoming and kind.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub and its entire room were filthy, muddy water pooling everywhere, the grout grit sand is everywhere in the hot tub especially. Sitting in sand. The entire pool and go tub room is filthy and requires a complete empty and super power pressure wash and re-grout. A few of the other customers in the pool at the time were overheard saying they almost felt dirtier leaving than they did coming in for a swim, I have to agree. We did the tried and true test to check for bed bugs on the foot of the beds with the iron steam method, yes, I know how to use an iron and no, nothing was damaged or burned. The heat draw up any critters from inside the mattress to the surface and are visible to the baked eye appearing as tiny black specs, our test brought up groups of black specs on BOTH beds. That’s when we packed up and left without even crawling into our beds, thank goodness. The lady at the front desk was in completely denial and insisted there were no such thing. Each to their own I suppose. I wasn’t bringing that home with me or exposing myself or child to that room. All in all, I would not recommend and would never return.

Disliked: they called that they will charge me extra hundred dollars for the stickers that my son put in the table. I told them i will clean it myself not paying the fee. it was easily to take off it takes me 1 min to clean that table. I was so upset that we need to come back just for that table.
