Disappointing

Liked: Did not like nothing worse hotel ever
Disliked: Not enough food

Exceptional

Liked: The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were extremely courteous and professional. The room was very clean as always and the bed was extremely comfortable! The complimentary breakfast rocks!
Disliked: There were unsheltered people in the parking lot and loitering around the facility. I was there nine months prior and that was not a problem at that time.

Loved it.

Liked: The staff is friendly and the room pleasant. It is our go to place when we stay in Ukiah. I highly recommend it.
Disliked: Nothing.

Friendly but inept staff and...

Liked: Friendly staff; nice building.
Disliked: The shower hose leaked through the wall onto the floor by the bed, soaking some of my clothes. They said they would fix it, but didn't offer any compensation. When I asked, they said they couldn't compensate because booking.com had my credit card and they didn't. The manager was away and when I called again they said they would credit me $30. When I checked my card there was a charge--not a credit--for $30. I called again and they said they would fix that. The next day there was a credit, but the charge was still 'pending'. Don't they know how to cancel it? The manager never contacted me as promised.

Safe and secure

Liked: Left before breakfast, but the room was comfortable. Put us in a room at the end of the hall making loading and unloading very convenient. Very thoughtful.
Disliked: When I sneezed I grabbed a tissue and realized it was the ONLY one in the box. Must have been overlooked.

Exceptional

Liked: We have always stayed at this location because of the consistent quality in both price and amenities. Excellent place to stay.

Sister trip

Liked: Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great breakfast items.
Disliked: Air conditioner rattling all night. Doors slamming.

Liked: The food was barely warm. I had some scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage. Their wasn’t a lot of selection for bread options.
Disliked: The bathroom toilet was loose and the floor wasn’t totally clean.

We are staying again for...

Liked: We enjoyed the breakfast very much and the fact that there were different choices, and it was close to our room. I like also how they always had water with fresh fruit in it for their guests. We felt welcomed!!What topped our visit, was that there was a booking error with my reservation that for some reason I failed to notice, and I was going to be double charged. I was so upset I nearly cried, and it set the mood for my whole visit, and to my surprise, an hour later, I received a notice that the hotel had taken care of it. It completely made my day! I can't thank Comfort Inn enough; I believe her name was "Honey." We are beyond thankful to you!!
