Billing issues daily, bathroom smelled...

Liked: Close to where I had to go everyday. Starbucks and good restaurant across parking lot.
Disliked: No house keeping came was told on 3rd day, got back to room nobody came requested towels to be brought up. Everyday my credit was authorized for unusual amount tied up funds, was not just authorized for the day confusion between local charging and corporate Manager never called me back everyday more charges I just waited until after my stay to see if it would correct. Had to stay awhile due to dealing with father’s death and estate.

Liked: After a 13 hour drive, arriving at nearly 7pm, it felt like midnight and I was spent. I was greeted very pleasantly by a young man (Curtis ?)who made me feel welcome and cared for. Easy check-in/check-out process.Accommodating room, as I had visitors during my 5 day stay. Never needed housekeeping, but interactions with all staff was always positive.Shopping and dining within walking distance.
Disliked: Onsite amenities, exercise room/pool either under renovation or closed.Area overrun by homeless, unfortunately. Not the fault of the hotel, but people need to be aware of the surroundings.The TV only tilted up and down, didn't pivot to alter viewing optimization from different points in the room.Somehow haven't been issued any rewards points for 3 different stays during this holiday season.
