Liked: I liked that the location was not far from the airport. This was important because my wife and I were spending time in Ohio visiting some friends and participating in an event, and we did not want to book a place that would be a considerable distance to or from the airport. The room was huge and comfortable, particularly the bed; we had some of the best sleep we've had in a while. The breakfast was good. We didn't get much on Friday morning because we came downstairs around 8:45 a.m., so pickings were slim. On the other days, we did manage to enjoy a nice meal. The selection is basic, with some changes to the hot meals. However, if you aren't feeling hotel breakfast, there are some nice food options around the place.
Disliked: The hotel location is great, if you have a car. If you are dependent on taxis or Uber, you will spend a considerable amount of time waiting. My wife and I had an event to attend on Saturday morning, and it took us nearly 45 minutes to get an Uber. We had asked a staff member if they had any recommendations for a taxi service or contact, and we were just told, they don't offer that service. We knew coming to the hotel, that they didn't offer taxi services or shuttles. What we were interested in was that as foreigners visiting your hotel, if you could take a couple of minutes just to give us some advice on how to get around. It's paying attention to small details like that would help with having a return customer.

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good for being a continental breakfast. The location was very nice.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. The hot water in the shower was not warm at all and the water pressure was very low.
