Clean room and clean hotel...

Liked: Clean room that was maintained well.
Disliked: Clock on bedside table set to wrong time and not easy to adjust. Same with clock on microwave - annoying to have the clocks and not set to correct time.Sausages were stone cold when I picked them out of the chaffing dish, had to microwave them.

Disliked: We were not informed upon check in that we had to request cleaning services for our room. When we let the front desk know this, we were simply told there was nothing they could do.

Clean and comfortable.

Liked: Kind and helpful people at the front desk especially swing and night shifts. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, clean bathroom, quiet. Good breakfast included.Also, it's nice the room included a refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a location closer to St. Vincent Hospital, but it was really ok. Easy access to freeways.

Affordable, comfortable and nice customer...

Liked: Sydney provided excellent and speedy customer service. I was exhausted when I got there, and just wanted to shower and sleep. She had me checked in super quickly, and included everything I needed to know. Hot coffee in the Morning made my day, and the room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: When i showered water was leaking all over the bathroom, but I don't have to clean it, so I don't care. I did not like that my sheet had a stain on it. It was hard to tell if it was washed or not, since it was kinda sticky... but I was too tired to complain about it, and just decided to wash my pajamas the next day. Wouldn't have slept naked in these sheets... because you never know, lol
