Hot water complaint

Liked: Bed
Disliked: I didn't like the hotel staff Kaylee and there was no hot water and to my understanding it has not been any hot water for months now and they are not disclosing that information and acting like or just went out when this has been the case now again for at least several weeks there was no refund there was no manager I could contact per front desk personnel Kelly I was told to send the managers an email for which no one has responded back and that has now been 3 days

Ok but hotel needs upgrades...

Liked: I have stayed there prior It was a tired hotel this time
Disliked: It had a lot of wear and tear. Room and hallways rugs needs replacement. bathroom was dirty

Not the Besy

Disliked: Breakfast left a lot to be desired and male staff was extremely rude. We gave him a pass since he seemed to be on the spectrum.
