Superb

Liked: I liked the indoor pool and the breakfast. I also liked how spacious the room was and how well the heating and air system worked. I liked the location. The traffic was easy, and the stay was very smooth and comfortable. We were in town for a basketball tournament. We were about 7 minutes away from the vendor. It was not too crowded, and it was very quiet and calm. The check-in process was effortless. The receptionist already had my paperwork laid out. She was very prompt, kind, and efficient.
Disliked: The vending machines did not take cards and there was no atm.

it was fair but not...

Liked: The pool heater was not working, the breakfast was horrible and i had to take my key cards to the desk twice because they were not working.
Disliked: The location was good, there were plenty of shops in the area.

Disliked: Booked a double room with queen beds and a pull out, but was told upon arrival none were left. Given a room with 2 double beds and a shower that was very difficult to navigate for kids. The man was super friendly and able to at least move us to a room with a king bed and pull out bed to fit our family better

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The lock on the door of the first room I was offered did not work. Prior to attempting to unlock the door I simply pushed the door open. I repeated this several times to be sure about it. Also, the window shades did not operate.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and easy for me to get back on the road the next morning. The free breakfast was a nice bonus. Check in was very quick and easy. I will stay here again.
