Disappointing

Liked: I enjoyed the breakfast and the customer service.
Disliked: The room was a bit dirty. There was smear on the wall and the blue couch had some white hard residue on it. My husband saw a roach behind the fridge.

Good price and great location...

Liked: Nice room, good beds but cold.Tried to turn up the temps… hard.Ample breakfast, eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, cereal
Disliked: They advertise a Shuttle from the Airport but there was none when we arrived at 9:30 on New Year’s Eve.Then we were promised a Shuttle back to the Airport the next day when we checked in, New Year’s Day… only to be told, NO SHUTTLE!!I had to get angry to have the Clerk arrange a taxi for us, and cover the cost)

No Airport Shuttle Early Morning

Liked: Near airport. Night manager was kind.
Disliked: Lists airport shuttle but doesn't actually run until 8 am so not helpful at all if you're staying for a morning flight. Shares a parking lot with a strip club. Someone was blaring music from their car between 2 and 3 am when bar closed. Microwave in room didn't work. Premises currently generally under construction (couldn't drive under entrance portico because of hole in roof) inside and out.

Glad it was just overnight!

Liked: Location in regard to the airport.
Disliked: The hotel desk staff when we checked in was very rude to the people who checked in right before us.
