Disliked: The front clerk and the one lady working in the back are extremely rude and not accommodating to guest. I wanted to do a late check out and the lady in the back would not help or even get me another room. She kept hanging up on me. I went down stairs and tried to get help and she started yelling at me and said there was a huge Microsoft outage at the time and she can’t do anything. I wasn’t aware of but I knew they could assist me in some way. I spoke with the manager and sure enough is helped me with the late check out very smoothly. The rooms and ac aren’t the best at all.

The first night was bad....
