Liked: Room was comfortable and quiet. Bed was comfortable as well.
Disliked: No sausage or bacon. Coffee was out. The instant coffee actually worked well. Appreciated that option.

Disliked: Had 2 executive suites could hear noise from downstairs all night. Beds were uncomfortable, sink was constantly running due to being broke, room had a weird smell when the air was off and my car got broken into in the middle of the night. Woke up to check out and my car was all scratched and torn up on the inside

Disliked: .Hot tub not working.No quarters at desk to use laundry machines.My allegies off the chain with the over-use of Fabuloso. OMG!! There is a terrible amount of Fabuloso sprayed in the hallways floors and everywhere. I was in respiratory distress.

Disliked: I called a specific asked for ajoined rooms since my elderly grandparents were coming. Instead I got side by side. Made it hard to care for them and be comfortable. When we went and asked for a room change the staff were rude and argumentative towards us. They ultimately refused to let have different rooms. Rooms were big enough but bathroom were small, tub has this weird shower head adapter on it. If your hand strength is great you won’t be showering. Toilet seats were old and cracking. Not many towel given. Heat/cooling didn’t regulate well. Very noisy hotel… cops ended up being called because staff wouldn’t handle it. Moved the disturbance outside where it continued in the parking lots for some time. spa wasn’t working and the pool was freezing. Breakfast was cold at 0630 when it was sat out. Overall will not stay here again. Rooms were refunded after a very heated argument with staff.
