Paid but never got to...

Liked: So we booked Comfort Inn because they said they could accommodate our travel As we would be arriving early in the morning with our 11 year old son , after many hours of travel we arrived about 2a. M. As per request on our special accomodations we need and they took the funds upon booking online
Disliked: Everything from booking us into a RM that was already booked and charging us for a stay we never had even just a simple advice on where to stay otherwise could of made our whole trip 100 percent better experience instead it was rude and very money oriented and unprofessional and very cold and unfriendly... Won't ever stay here EVER....

Comfort Inn male staff did...

Liked: Comfort Inn was beautiful. Great breakfast meal and extras offered like juices, tea, coffee, spiced cider, popcorn, etc. Clean facility.Confort Inn didn't honor my assessible (handicapped assesible) confirmed room.
Disliked: Comfort Inn did not honor my reservation for accessible(handicapped accommodations) because staff said we booked thru Bookings.com. I offered my confirmation and pin but he wouldn't accept it. We checked in around 425 p.m.We were given a very large room with king size bed on 3rd floor.
