Disliked: It was extremely dirty and the elevator was out being on the third floor sucked.

Liked: It was so dirty and gross! Mouse traps everywhere. Two beverage cans and a baby rattle was left in my room fromThe previous guest were still in my room. Toilet and bathroom was disgusting. The smell in the whole place was horrible. Just an awful awful experience. My kids didn’t want to shower because it was so gross in the bathroom.

Disliked: Paid for jacuzzi room took two hours for jacuzzi to fill up only for me to notice the button for the jets was broken. Tv didn’t work. Pool water looked dirty, hotel poorly kept, and elevator didn’t work & we were on the 3rd floor.

Liked: Not a thing. Staff was ok, clearly understaffed.
Disliked: Very dirty!! Needs major renovations. Breakfast was terrible. Only one person filling anything while also working front desk. When another person finally came it she replaced bread with bare hands and handled good with her bare hands.

Disliked: Desk Clerk was blank and no personality the elevator was broke down and the swimming pool was dark green and not open. We walked the stairs to the second floor and I think the carpet has never been vacuumed at all and the wall heater was broken and bent . The whole hotel needs a cleaning and a fresh coat of paint! Needed light bulbs in the bathroom.
