Disliked: We called three times prior to booking to be sure the pool was working as that is the only reason for choosing this hotel. Arrived and the pool was freezing due to heater being broken, and slide not working as well as the water fall not working.

Liked: The cleanliness of the hotel was good. In the lobby, it was very clean and spotless.
Disliked: I mentioned to the front desk that when I took my shower before midnight after returning from our event, the hot water in my shower ran out after 5 minutes of showering. So I had to quickly rinse off so that I didn't have to finish in cold water.

Liked: Great location, nice room , good bed , quiet , very good breakfast
Disliked: We got in late , going to shower no towels except for hand towels , no cups for coffee in the room . My husband in the shower I was going to call down for towels and there was no place anywhere on how to find the front desk#

Liked: Breakfast, Staff, pool and water slide, couch with fold out bed. All great!
Disliked: The room smelled of smoke (room 314). That was my only complaint really.
