There was no offer of a discount by the clerk or the manager due to me paying a higher rate for a smoking room and not getting the opportunity to have/use it. It seems like I was just a number to them.

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Website info needs to be updated. They no longer have "Smoking" rooms and I would not have stayed there had I known this. Night receptionist was rude and not wanting to help any, plus suggested I cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. Trust me, I will go somewhere else from now on!

Liked: Very poor and ceiling tiles bad. Towels dirty under vent running in bathroom. Room musty smelling. Hairs in bed!😳 Dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in.

Liked: The location being close to a decent sit down eatery was great.
Disliked: Quiet honestly the facility needs some work in quite a few places. Noticed in the bathroom btwn the commode and tub big hole had been cut out in the drywall, portions of the floor walking down the hall on the 3rd floor felt as if you were going to be swallowed up to the 2nd floor. I've stayed in older smaller and larger inns yet they were all kept up nicely. Oh the chair provided to relax(?) in has a back that's straighter than an arrow. Mattress needs either turned over or discarded as it offers little no support. I've slept on mattresses stuffed with chicken feathers that provided more support.

Disliked: Mattress seemed like it was almost wore out as you could tell there was a divot on the one side as it was sunk in. The chair provided to sit in has a back so straight you can almost iron on it-no relaxing in that rascal for sure

Disliked: Outdated rooms and dark check in area. Breakfast eggs to salty and sausage was horrible. Pancake batter was sour!

Handicap rooms are not guaranteed...

Liked: Wife is an amputee, and reserved a room with roll in shower. Verified the room & checked again before departure. An hour out called to verify & room was given away! Hotel didn’t even have a shower chair for use in tub. Reserved a specific room for a reason. Hotel should honor those needs, people can’t change their bodies to accommodate the hotels room availability!
Disliked: They gave handicap accessible room away without consideration to the customer. People with specific needs book those rooms for a reason! Reservations should be honored and held regardless.
