Liked: Location had a sauna, hot tub and pool for the kids weekend staycation
Disliked: There hot tub was down and a guest that was at the pool earlier came back to the pool at night showed me a picture of a bed bug in there mattress so my family went to the front desk let them know and that we would be leaving and was told they would refund me the money I spent which was $240 they refunded me $42 dollars . How could u not refund me all of the money when I didn’t wake up other and let them o ow of there bed bug problem…..

Liked: Something is wrong with the water, every time you get a shower you get soooo itchy I couldn’t sleep at all. Other than that no complaints. Oh and the water bottle is to pricey $4.30 when you can get across the street for $1.25 for 6 bottles

Disliked: Pool and hot tub very disappointed because that was my main reason for booking the room it messed my bday all up
