get away for my husband

Liked: was affordable not crazy expensive, enjoyed the quietness and it was close to other places that we liked. loved the room.
Disliked: went down to the pool and there was dead bugs and spiders in it and it seemed like the filters were not working properly.., mattress was rough think need new ones..

Wouldn’t stay here again

Disliked: Mold all over bathroom, on ceiling, behind toilet, on backs of photos hanging on wall. Blood stains on bathroom wall. Strange stain on curtain. Sticky thing on door tag. Full length mirror had sweat smeared on it. Room door was very difficult to unlock and open. There is a gap towards the bottom of the door between the door and the frame large enough to be able to peer into the room and see the beds and bathroom. Bathroom door was very difficult to open and close, dragging on bottom. Heater was overly hot even when thermostat was adjusted. The filter of the heater was filled with dust and lint. TV remote had dead batteries that had leaked battery acid. The alarm clock was under a table. Mini fridge was dirty. Breakfast area was crowded and you were not allowed to bring your breakfast to your own hotel room to eat in privacy. Not many options and the coffee was bad. Lack of drinking water. Pool water was already clouded when we arrived. We witnessed a child defecate in the swimming pool so we left and notified the front desk. The employee at the desk asked where the feces was located, whether it was in the shallow or deep end and was trying to locate the feces on the security footage of the pool. We returned to our room to shower and change and about an hour later went back out to visit a local arcade. When we got to the bottom floor there were guests returning from the pool freshly wet, which leads me to believe the pool was never closed for cleaning after the defecation. When we returned to the hotel that night it was very difficult to find parking, there were spaces occupied by maintenance equipment such as a plow and a trailer with trash bins on it. There was also a shipping container on one end of the parking lot. On the morning of our checkout we noticed a Hannaford shopping basket across from the elevator with an assortment of cleaning supplies. We are under the impression that this is what housekeeping uses for room turnovers.

Disliked: is was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy when we arrived, and to make matters worse, housekeeping refused to clean it. We had to beg just to get the sheets changed! The bathroom was disgusting, and it was obvious the staff does the bare minimum, if anything at all. I think everyone is family so there is no real accountability. Even when you call the front desk to ask a simple question no one answers the phone.The breakfast was just as bad—cold, stale, and completely unappetizing. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional, acting like they couldn’t care less about the guests. It’s shocking that this place is still in business. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dump! I was there on a business trip and needed to use my laptop , i had no issues with the wifi atleast i can say that. Good Luck !!!

Liked: it was in expensive & close to surgical facilities
Disliked: there was another guest that was running up & down the hall screaming @ 3am, 4am, 5am,& 6am. the front deskwas not helpful stating the guest was "crazy" I had to personally call PD to request them at the hotel. fearing the safety of myself & my children after being threatened by the other guest.

Liked: The front staff was very friendly. The bed was comfy. Had clean sheets. Comfy pillows
Disliked: The entire parking area was covered in a thick ice coating no salt or dirt. The hotel was dirty. Not vacuumed. The elevator was covered with with dirt, grime, and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The room floor was not vacuumed. The couch was covered in crumbs, had stains and white stuff. Didn't have all our bath linens. Wash cloth we had was dirty and black stains. The entire third floor reaked of Marijuana. The pool was very dirty and green. Most definitely do not recommend. Was very disappointed.
