Room was very comfortable, staff...

Liked: Looked good but closed up before I had a chance to try anything but piece of taste. I should have gotten there earlier.
Disliked: Perhaps a few extra washcloths. There were two of us, and 2 washcloths.

A good place to stay...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Very easy location to get to.
Disliked: The continental breakfast could be a bit better. The offerings were limited.

Pleasant surprise, and fantastic value!!

Liked: It was clean comfortable and very new. At least that’s what it felt like.. looks like the entire property was just newly renovated. There were reviews about the lobby, being not updated. I believe most of those were last years. As of this review, both the lobby and the rooms are practically brand new. The staff is phenomenal. They are very friendly and accommodating. Also this property is just minutes away drive from downtown. Great value and a wonderful surprise for a last-minute reservation and trip.
Disliked: The gym was tiny. At least add another treadmill. Thanks.

Would suggest this hotel, with...

Liked: Nice, clean facility with a decent free breakfast. The hotel is a couple of miles from the Saratoga downtown area, but had stores, a health club, a Dunkin and restaurants close by. Great staff as well.
Disliked: Nothing. Great hotel.

Liked: Room was spacious & clean. Nice view of the changing leaves. It was a bit off the beaten path but a short uber ride to downtown
Disliked: The woman at the desk during the day was unpleasant & short with me when I went to see if we could check in ealry since I had requested early check in.
