This hotel falls short of...

Disliked: The “GM” exhibited a highly unfriendly and disrespectful demeanor. Additionally, the restroom in my room was found to be unclean, and the television sound system was malfunctioning.

Very nice and up to...

Liked: Everything went well. We were in town to attend RootsTech and the location was great, the room comfortable and the staff friendly and the Breakfasts were delicious!

We ended up being moved...

Liked: The room and bathroom were both spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable
Disliked: Cheap bed frame and traffic noise

Great place, less noisy bed...

Liked: Clean. Cheap. Close to everything I needed in Salt Lake!
Disliked: I didn’t like that every time I got into bed whatever the bed was on made a very loud noise. Kind of sounded like the noise when you hit a metal filing cabinet.

Liked: Everything was clean. Beds were super comfortable. And the location was excellent for my purposes
Disliked: I have nothing negative to say about it

Disliked: Very easy to hear noise in the hallway and adjacent rooms and every footstep in the room above
