Liked: Breakfast well laid on, pleasant space and a very nice variety. Overall impression is this hotel is kept meticulously clean. The staff is bright, friendly and extremely helpful. Indoor pool and hot tub as well as a fairly nicely appointed workout room. This isn't meant to be a full on gym but is very nicely equipped.
Disliked: No squawks.

Disliked: The family that stayed next door to us and had a huge argument that made multiple guests uncomfortable

Updated property, but the location...

Liked: I like that the rooms are refreshed and updated, although not perfect. The rooms are a bit noisy from hallway activities, better insulation for the doors or newer doors would help. I appreciate the daily maid service, but we could have used more towels.
Disliked: The location of the property is a bit sketchy. It's convenient access from the freeway, but the surrounding area is not very nice. You don't feel safe in the neighborhood. There is no easy access to restaurants, other than fast food. The included breakfast was not very good. Tried it the first morning, then got breakfast elsewhere after that.

Liked: Convenient location for where I needed to be. The beds we good. The staff was friendly enough.
Disliked: I asked for a quiet room. I was put in a room with a paper thin door between my room and the room nextdoor. I could hear my neighbor on the phone till after 11 pm then coughing all night. People across the hall opening the door over 25 times after 10 pm. Couldn't use the heat because it was SO loud, like it was about to break. When the shower was run, it made a horrible screeching sound the whole time. The fitness center was under remodel. The breakfast was bad. My English muffin tasted like cardboard. The coffee was weak and the bananas were 1/4 green.
