Disliked: Room was so dirty, to the point there was dirty towels piled in the tub. The bed appeared unmade and messed up.

Disliked: The pool area was absolutely disgusting mold, ceiling falling in, wanted an extra towel for myself told to get new towels I had to give other ones. I just wanted one for my hair and one for my body.

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel manager was extremely rude to my daughter after booking a room. with a third party, and the reservation could not be found. He chose to be rude and disrespectful to her instead of being helpful. We were there grieving the death of my husband, her father. We had enough stress, and he added to the stress. The room was dirty. The sheets were all wrinkled and looked as if they had not been changed . The bath towels were so thin they looked like rags. It was a complete disappointment. We stayed our first night at the Hale's Inn downtown Rogersville and was an excellent accommodation. The staff was so kind and helpful. I will never stay at the comfort Inn again after this experience with the rude Indian man who claimed to be the hotel manager. He definitely needs some skills with customer service.
