Our expectations were met.

Liked: The location was good for what we needed. We have been to Rapid City many times and this location really suited our needs.

Liked: Large room, good window view, accessories.
Disliked: The microwave and clock-radio times were an hour ahead. My next door neighbor was up all night, disturbing my sleep. And late night I smelled vaping, which I'm allergic to, nad it made my sinus' swell shut.

Clean motel. Poor front desk...

Liked: The motel was clean. Breakfast was good. High complaint was my neighbors were yelling and very very loud while I was sleeping. I called the front desk 3 separate times about the complaint. Phone rang long times. Front desk NEVER answered. This was at 10:30 pm! I addressed this issue at checkout time. Asked why no one was at the front desk. Was told someone should have been there. I'm not happy.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Hot tub wasn’t hot. Sheets were worn, and the room wasn’t as clean as we would have liked.
