Liked: The power was out when we arrived. So I thought to stay at another hotel. Then the power returned so we decided to stay since we already paid for the room. My daughter is in a wheelchair so I asked if they could change us to the first floor just incase the power went out again. Since I booked ‘way in advance’ (I booked the day before) they couldn’t accommodate. We were on the 4th floor. Around 3:30 am the fire alarm went off and the power went out. I proceeded to attempt to take my daughter down 4 flights of stairs in her wheelchair. Thankfully another occupant said not to worry the alarm was triggered by the outage. I then needed her assistance from another to get back up the stairs. I proceeded to get ready and packed in the dark. I did notice other rooms had power but not ours. After that we had to navigate the stairwell. When I got to the front desk no one was there. I loaded my vehicle and came back and surprise someone was there. I was told their hands were tied especially since I booked with a 3rd party. At that moment sorry didn’t feel good enough. My daughter was scared she was stuck on the 4th floor. Also the ‘entire first floor was booked’. Interesting. And the bathroom did not fit the wheelchair through the door.

Liked: The location was our top priority, walkable and convenient. Our room was very comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast offerings were not as varied or as tasty as we would like (except my spouse loved the muffins)

Would not stay there again....

Disliked: The parking, and the power went out so that made the room hot and couldn’t sleep, fire alarm kept going off, people were leaving there room in the middle of the night to make sure there wasn’t a fire!

Liked: Clean rooms and lobby! Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly!
Disliked: We stayed two nights. Our second night we were evacuated due to power loss. No staff was around to assist or inform of what was happening. We waited several hours for the FD to arrive, inspect and instruct on what to do next. At 5:30 we were informed that the fire system was down and we were to remain on “evacuation” due to an active fire system unable to detect fire we weren’t able to return safely to our room to sleep.
