Good in a pinch but...

Liked: Location was great for an event at the Poncan theater. We also liked how clean everything appeared.
Disliked: There were very loud people in the lobby and halls that were hanging around all night socializing and yelling, and it was after midnight. These people should have been asked to leave the common areas. Also, the walls are super thin and we could hear everything much more intensely. I think one of the roughest parts is that our AC wasn’t working and it got pretty hot, but I didn’t discover it until well into the night when I was sweating.

Liked: All the staff was so nice and it was very comfortable. The rooms were also very roomy and were properly cleaned.
Disliked: Nothing they did amazing.

Liked: Good location. Everything we needed for shopping and food was right there.

Disliked: Room didn't have toiletries as advertised , but I did get some from front desk.

Disliked: Breakfast was all cold and they were out of milk.

Clean and comfortable room.

Liked: The room was large. Air conditioner worked great. It was across the street from a great restaurant JW Cobbs. It felt like a safe area.
