Liked: We were kept awake all night by mouse, which we have videos of and showed property owners. We tried to use the pool, as this was the only reason we booked this particular hotel, but there was a family in their, running and screaming very loudly and bumping into us. This is not a way to try and relax after a 5 hour drive, we left and didn't get to use the pool.This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially with the pool by the front desk and already made complaint but nothing was done.
Disliked: The whole experience from start to finish has been a nightmare. Will never stay here again

Disliked: HVAC did not work - we notified the front desk withon minutes from checking in. Were to contact maintenance and get back to us. We never heard back. Shower was lukewarm at best. Pizza crust and other food debris under curtains.

Mice, stiff beds, and cold...
Liked: If it wasn't for the breakfast, our whole trip would have been a disaster!
Disliked: Parking was cramped. Upon walking in the hotel, it seemed good.Check-in was smooth, the desk staff was friendly, and everything looked great, not including the "green" pool. That was until we got off the elevator on the 3rd floor. The walls and doors were all marked up with filth and fingerprints. The carpet was stained. We got to our room and started to unpack and out from behind the fridge came 2 mice, running out then back in where they came from. I thought we were seeing things, so we moved the fridge, and sure enough, what we saw wasn't our eyes playing tricks. I immediately went to the service desk and let the staff know. He, without hesitation, moved us to a room on the 4th floor. The room on the 4th floor was much cleaner, BUT... the beds were a little too stiff. That is when I decided to check the reviews. That was probably our fault for not checking BEFORE we booked. We will never book without checking reviews again as we have learned our lesson. Then came morning. Shower time. The water was cool at best. It didn't make sense to us as the water in the sink was very hot. Needless to say, we took cold showers and went about our business. Good thing they had breakfast.
