Disliked: We got locked out of our room- because the censor on the door did not work. We went down to the front desk each time, and every time the front desk person reactivated our key card but still did not work on any of the tries. Finally, we asked them to come up and look at it and the battery went dead in the censor on the door while all of our stuff was in there. It took the hotel staff an hour to get someone to come up and let us in the room to retrieve all of our belongings when we had places to be. Very angry.

Liked: I liked that it was clean comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Liked: We were kept awake all night by mouse, which we have videos of and showed property owners. We tried to use the pool, as this was the only reason we booked this particular hotel, but there was a family in their, running and screaming very loudly and bumping into us. This is not a way to try and relax after a 5 hour drive, we left and didn't get to use the pool.This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially with the pool by the front desk and already made complaint but nothing was done.
Disliked: The whole experience from start to finish has been a nightmare. Will never stay here again

Disliked: HVAC did not work - we notified the front desk withon minutes from checking in. Were to contact maintenance and get back to us. We never heard back. Shower was lukewarm at best. Pizza crust and other food debris under curtains.
