Liked: The room was clean, but need updates
Disliked: The door could not close, had to use force to lift them up to close, first day breakfast was nice, the second day the cook overslept and other couple had to ring the bell to get in and open for breakfast. He just spread around 5 sausages and 6 eggs that were left from the previous day, and opened the door. Someone had to call him back to start juice machine

Liked: Location was perfect in the center of town. Staff was super friendly, hotel was clean. Breakfast was very nice, lots to choose from. Will definitely book again.

Comfortable bed, cheap price, but...

Liked: Beds are more comfortable than most hotels and allow you to sleep well.
Disliked: 1. Requested a quiet room (suite) but were given the room closest to the main street through town (White Mountain Blvd)2. Suite was large but highly disfunctional: A. This was the only hotel room I've stayed int that had absolutely no place to store clean clothes - no dresser and no closet!!! B. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel that toiletry items were missing in the bathroom - first body lotion and this time conditioner. C. Hotel is not well maintained - it was obvious that hallway leading to our room had not been vacuumed in several weeks (months?) D. Breakfast is always the same - rewarmed sausage patties and plastic eggs - thankfully Pinetop has several good restaurant options for breakfast

Liked: The only good thing is the location
Disliked: Looks good when you first enter but that’s it. It was not clean, there were dirty and stained towels and the toilet was not cleaned. The WiFii kept disconnecting. The dark curtains don’t close. There was a constant banging in the walls all night like from pipes or something. The air conditioning unit fan is loud. It was horrible and didn’t get any sleep.
