Disliked: I stayed 4 days and 2 days of the four my morning shower was cold. Not enough hot water to accommodate all of the guests. Better get up really early unless you enjoy a cold shower!

Disliked: 1. The machine for providing juice for breakfast was out of order for several days.2. The closet is out of order. There should be a bar inside the closet. But no! I couldn’t put my closes inside.

Wonderful customer service!

Liked: The room was clean and updated and very comfortable. This location had some issues with the hot water heater, but the front desk associate called me 24 hours prior to our stay and let us know about the issue and offered compensation. The front desk associate was very friendly and apologetic and made the stay very comfortable.
Disliked: We had zero issues with our stay, one of the best in a while.

Liked: Nice rooms. Very comfy bed. Slept great!
Disliked: No hot water. Got a call that morning that the water heater was out, and it wouldn't be fixed anytime soon. We could cancel, or stay anyway , and get a discount. We stayed. Not a really big problem. Worked around it. 4
