Liked: I appreciate the breakfast and the hot tub
Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock

Liked: Staff were friendly but not readily available.
Disliked: It was obvious that you were understaffed. Front desk was doing multiple tasks and had to wait on them both coming in and leaving. Couch bed was completely flat and son actually ended up having to sleep on floor. Breakfast items were out and even after waiting 30 minutes they were not refilled. Staff person for breakfast was also checking people out and couldn't keep up with both. Coffee was horrible.

It was good, except for...

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: We stayed 3 nights and didn’t have our beds made once. No new towels. Didn’t expect the sheets to be changed, but assumed that beds would be made and towels renewed.Walls and ceilings were very thin. Luckily we had decent neighbors.
