Elevators broke all of them. No hot or even warm water. Our room was to have fridge and microwave - when asked about fridge, said only a few rooms have them. Showed our booking, said would have one delivered to our room - never received. Came back at 10 that night to sound in wall - sounded like motor buzzing. Complained about it - asked if we had a pet? It finally stopped at 5a.m. Mentioned all of this to them several times they just said sorry.

Run! Do not stay there! My room stunk so bad; food crumbs on the floor; hair in the bed; dirty q-tip on bathroom floor and NO hot water. I told the front desk and was told the pipes may be freezing. Really? Then I was told I might need to run the water for 30 minutes first. So needless to say I paid for nothing! I was very disgusted and felt dirty. No mention of any refund. I will NEVER stay there again! Don't waste your money!

Liked: The only redeeming quality was the desk person.
Disliked: The property looked horrible driving up to it. The gentleman at the desk was nice. The room was completely unacceptable. Paint peeling from the walls all over. Toilet paper was sitting pn the toilet as the dispenser piece was missing. Curtains dangling from the curtain rod. Didn't even want to sit down. We checked out 5 minutes after wr checked in.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Quiet heater/AC. Nice clear TV.
Disliked: Shower sprayed everywhere but on you! Tub did not drain, water still there 1 hour later. Phone did not work! No microwave, No refrigerator, No iron, No hair dryer, No table or chairs, No alarm clock!!! I don't understand how you can have Suites in your name, and only have a bed, office chair, and arm chair!!!
