Elevators broke all of them. No hot or even warm water. Our room was to have fridge and microwave - when asked about fridge, said only a few rooms have them. Showed our booking, said would have one delivered to our room - never received. Came back at 10 that night to sound in wall - sounded like motor buzzing. Complained about it - asked if we had a pet? It finally stopped at 5a.m. Mentioned all of this to them several times they just said sorry.

Run! Do not stay there! My room stunk so bad; food crumbs on the floor; hair in the bed; dirty q-tip on bathroom floor and NO hot water. I told the front desk and was told the pipes may be freezing. Really? Then I was told I might need to run the water for 30 minutes first. So needless to say I paid for nothing! I was very disgusted and felt dirty. No mention of any refund. I will NEVER stay there again! Don't waste your money!

I will not be staying...

Liked: The lobby was decent, the breakfast over all was pretty good just wish there was more options.
Disliked: The bathroom was disgusting the shower had peeling paint, the water pressure sucked and wouldn't get warm enough. The towels felt icky and scratchy. The carpet had holes in it there was peeling paint on the wall. Our door had to be slammed shut to stay shut. The room had a weird odor. The only good thing was the bed was moderately comfortable.

Disliked: The lack of pillows on the bed, and the breakfast was horrible! Only thing good was the waffle’s but you can’t really mess up waffles! Not any other options such as yogurts, hard boiled eggs etc! The scrambled eggs (powdered eggs) and sausages were absolutely disgusting

Convenient to highway but run...

Liked: Ok it was clean but paint chipping on walls, bathtub, door frames It needs a major over haul No working ice machine anywhere

Liked: Staff was very polite; room was very clean and comfortable. We needed a handicap accessible room, but none were available. He did put us close to the elevator since mom is elderly and walks with a walker.
Disliked: Had no complaints except no handicap room availability.

Overall for the price it...

Liked: The property was well lit and had pretty nice landscaping.
Disliked: The room I was put in, the bathroom was pretty bad. There was rust build up around the toilet. There paint (dried) in the bathtub. And hair still on the walls of the shower (which indicate it wasn’t cleaned well.)
