Elevators broke all of them. No hot or even warm water. Our room was to have fridge and microwave - when asked about fridge, said only a few rooms have them. Showed our booking, said would have one delivered to our room - never received. Came back at 10 that night to sound in wall - sounded like motor buzzing. Complained about it - asked if we had a pet? It finally stopped at 5a.m. Mentioned all of this to them several times they just said sorry.

Run! Do not stay there! My room stunk so bad; food crumbs on the floor; hair in the bed; dirty q-tip on bathroom floor and NO hot water. I told the front desk and was told the pipes may be freezing. Really? Then I was told I might need to run the water for 30 minutes first. So needless to say I paid for nothing! I was very disgusted and felt dirty. No mention of any refund. I will NEVER stay there again! Don't waste your money!

Disliked: We stayed a week and weren't offered fresh sheets or towels once. The fire alarms went off several times a day. Loud parties. Other dogs barked all day/night. Screaming kids all hours. Cops present consistently for other guests.

Disliked: I have pictures. Broken bathroom sink, garbage all over bathroom. Clogged toilets. Absolutely disgusting. Puke in elevator with garbage. Children running up and down hall till 3 am unsupervised. Paint on walls chipped and dirty.

Liked: The location of the hotel and that it was close to the interstate system. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The quality of the hotel needs work. The sheets were ripped, the bathroom was dirty, the hotel smelled like a mix of chlorine and weed. The elevators were small. You can tell that there is a lack of upkeep in the hotel (i.e., paint, maintaining doors, bathrooms, etc). The shower was dirty. There appeared to be stains on the bed skirt. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear every word your neighbor speaks. I would not recommend.

Liked: The price was decent except for the $100 deposit on top of the price of the room.
Disliked: The pool was dirty. The elevators did not work and were dirty. The bathroom in the room was falling apart.

Liked: The location was good. The breakfast was good. The cost was reasonable.
Disliked: The carpet was frayed. The handle in the shower was on the wrong side to help get out. Too near the toilet. Wouldn’t have been able to get out that way. The band was way too loud. Could hear them even on the 3rd floor. Bathtub looked like paint had been spilled in it.

Disliked: The lock on door was hard to open.The bathroom light would not shut off.When other guests were very loud and could barely get any sleep.
