Over all good experience due...

Liked: The front desk staff was exemplary. Excellent customer service. Professional, patient, & Knowledgeable. Breakfast options, nice. Several options available.
Disliked: The safe in the room did not work, probably needed a battery change. The bathroom lighting was bad. It appeared as if the led around the mirror was malfunctioning causing the lighting to be dim.

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast was good. Day shift was excellent. I can't remember her name but the young black clerk was wonderful. We were traveling to attend my cousin's funeral and had a few hiccups, leading to us checking in later than expected. We were traveling from Arkansas( 6-7 hours drive) she was very helpful and understanding.
Disliked: The night shift clerk was rude and from my understanding, she threatened to put my sister and her young kids out of their room which I had already paid for. because I was running behind and hadn't made it to sign whatever paperwork. She arrived a few hours before me and I had already signed a preauthorization form so she could go ahead and check in with my young nephews. She had also traveled a very long way to get there. when I finally arrived the young lady didn't seem too pleased but the day shift clerk was still there and she was very pleasant.
