It was a very pleasant...

Liked: there was plenty of parking and it was in front which made feel that it was safer to park there and the location made it easy to get to downtown .The woman who checked us in was extremely helpful and nice and my wife told me that she witnessed another patron giving her a terrible earful including a lot of profanity but the woman kept her composure and handled the situation with complete professionalism she’s definitely an asset .
Disliked: the breakfast area needs to be larger and the coffee ran out before we could get any.

Liked: The front desk girl was exceptional. She was by herself and we witnessed her having to deal with multiple grouchy and entitled customers and she handled herself and them like she had been working there for years and we found out she has only been there for a month! We had a problem with the TV and it was not working, not only did she come down and have to fix it like she did that for her profession but she was very fast and very polite. All I know is that we have stayed at a lot of hotels, and she is by far one of the BEST employees we have encountered. We know she has only worked there a short time, but please give her a raise/promotion and keep her! We will be back to OKC as we come down every year, and we will be back, and we hope to see her there. I'm not sure what her name was. Maybe starts with a K or a J. She was a young girl with her nose pierced. She was the attendant the night we were there. Everything else was pretty good!

Liked: The front desk staff was exemplary. Excellent customer service. Professional, patient, & Knowledgeable. Breakfast options, nice. Several options available.
Disliked: The safe in the room did not work, probably needed a battery change. The bathroom lighting was bad. It appeared as if the led around the mirror was malfunctioning causing the lighting to be dim.
