Liked: It was quite and clean. The staff was really nice.
Disliked: My only issue was the pillows are not comfortable to sleep on at all.

Liked: LOCATION WAS REASON FOR CHOOSING COMFORT INN. BREAKFAST WAS OK
Disliked: ROOM DIDN'T HAVE TOLIT PAPER WHEN WE ARRIVED AND THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS DIRTY. ITEMS WERE SWEPT UNDER THE WASH FACILITY IN BATHROOM. WE HAD TO GO GET CLEAN TOWELS THE SECOND DAY AFTER ASKING FOR THEM.

Liked: Didn't have time to avail myself to the breakfast. Although Comfort Inn breakfasts are normally very good.
Disliked: The hotel was not up to par with other Comfort Inn's we've stayed at. It had bad smells, our room was dirty ( hair, food and soiled area in bathroom) and food made up in the " clean" sheets. There was only a part of a roll of toilet paper in the room so we had to call down after midnight and wait for toilet paper (we thought there would be an extra roll in the bath room). The tub was either filthy or so old the finish was wearing off making it look very gross.

Would not recommend

Disliked: Hearing/cooling did not work - my room was 83 degrees by morning. Staff was not helpful and did not fix problem. Had to ask to switch rooms and was downgraded but charged full amount. Still waiting for call back from manager after 3 attempts to contact
